Recommended Dosage & Mixing Instructions
Standard Mortar / Plaster
Recommended dosage is 0.9 - 1.2 kg/m³ (Suggested Length: 6mm - 12mm).
Standard Concrete
Recommended dosage is 0.9 - 1.5 kg/m³ (Suggested Length: 12mm - 19mm).
High-Impact / Explosion-Proof Projects: Recommended dosage is 1.5 - 3.0 kg/m³.
Mixing Procedure: No modification to the original mix design is required. Add the fibers into the mixer along with aggregates (sand/stone) for 30 seconds of dry mixing, then add water and extend the mixing time by 30-60 seconds for uniform dispersion.
Packaging & Storage
Standard Packaging: Inner bags: 0.6kg, 0.9kg, or 1.0kg water-soluble paper bags or plastic bags. Outer bags: 20kg woven bags or jumbo bulk bags. (Customized OEM branding available).
Storage & Handling: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight. This product is non-hazardous and safe for standard transport.
