Surface Waterproofing & Water Repellent Treatment
Penetrates the pores of concrete, natural stone, and masonry walls to form a semi-permanent, breathable waterproof barrier. While blocking liquid water infiltration, it allows internal water vapor to escape, effectively preventing efflorescence, mold, and moss growth.
Concrete & Mortar Modification Additive
Used as an admixture in concrete mixes to lower the water-cement ratio and improve workability and fluidity. Once cured, it minimizes micro-cracks inside the structure, enhancing compressive strength and durability against freeze-thaw cycles.
Mold Release Agent for Precast & Cast-in-place Concrete
